Modify HTML code to add the privacy policy banner

I’m trying to add the Privacy Policy Banner, but I can’t find how to modify the HTML code.

I’ve checked on this article : Use code snippets with HubSpot content . But it is not working.

If someone can help me, it would be fantastic.

Are you implementing a third party tracking banner? If so that article will help you to install that banner by showing you where the master header/footer templates are to add your code to. Where exactly are you running into issues with this process?
