Hi HubSpot Academy Team,
I completed the Inbound Marketing certification course yesterday (June 16th), but the certificate wouldn’t load at the time. Today, I can’t find any trace of the course or the certificate in my account. Additionally, I had started the Inbound Sales certification, which was in progress, but that has also disappeared from my dashboard.
Could you please look into this issue and help me recover both the certificate and my course progress? If possible, I would really appreciate it if the certificate could be sent to me in PDF form via email.
