Hi, when using Microsoft Teams as a video conference provider for Meetings, then the final meeting invite doesn’t have a location defined = empty. The preview in Hubspot show “Video conference link” as a value for location, but it is empty.
At least it should be someting like “Online” or “Microsoft Teams” so it can be easily seen in a calendar.

Settings preview shows, that the meeting will include the “Video conference link” as location
But in Outlook the location is empty, so it not obvious where the meeting will happen!
You would need to open each meeting and scroll down to the bottom to see if there is a video conference link or not.

I had a look at this internally and I can confirm this is expected behaviour.
In the meetings tool, when Teams is selected as the conferencing tool, we actually do not generate the teams conference URL on our end (unlike Zoom where we do). This is because in order to get the “Join Teams” button on the calendar event, Outlook has to generate the Teams conference data on their end. Outlook does not populate the location field when this happens.
When we get a response back from Outlook, we populate the location field on our Engagement, but by default, the location will not be present on the calendar event.
