Microsoft SharePoint & OneDrive (Public Beta): Install button disabled despite Super Admin permissions
Hi everyone,
I’m unable to install the Microsoft SharePoint & OneDrive (Public Beta) integration from HubSpot Marketplace. The Install button is disabled with the message:
“You don’t have permission to install this app.”
I’ve checked the documented requirements and confirmed the following:
-
HubSpot plan: Free (the integration is documented as available on all plans).
-
User role: Super Admin.
-
Public Beta: Successfully joined on October 29, 2026.
-
App approval: Microsoft SharePoint & OneDrive is listed as Approved under Connected Apps.
-
Install permissions: Set to Admins, with my Super Admin account explicitly listed.
-
Installation status: 0 users installed.
-
Microsoft 365: I also have Global Administrator permissions, but the installation is blocked before Microsoft authentication or consent.
According to the official HubSpot documentation, all requirements appear to be satisfied.
I’ve contacted HubSpot support, but since I’m using the Free plan, I was referred to the Community.
Has anyone experienced the same issue?
Could there be an additional account-level restriction, a delay in beta activation, or a known bug affecting installation permissions?
I’d particularly appreciate input from anyone on the HubSpot team involved with this integration.
I can provide screenshots of the beta enrollment, application approval, permissions, and disabled Install button.
Thanks for any insights!
