One of our customers was trying to install our hubspot app listed on the app marketplace and they got ‘insufficient permissions to install’ error. (attached screenshot)
They said they are a super admin for their account.
The weired thing is that none of the scopes shown in the image are required by our app. Any thoughts on why this would happen and how do we go about debugging.

I would first look into the steps from our KB on the matter:
Resolve a ‘Request for Integration Permissions’ error
This typically means the User just doesn’t have the correct permissions for the install. Usually requiring Marketplace or Super Admin Permissions.
If that does not resolve the issue, then please feel free to reach back out here with any additional details and hopefully our community can help from there!

Ask them to check if they are actually a superadmin and not an admin. This should usually resolve the issue
