To further assist here, would you mind clarifying and screenshotting the error you’re seeing on your end?
From my understanding as a Super Admin you should have all of the necessary permissions, but may still need to confirm access to the app which it typically prompted after an install attempt. Please feel free to walk us through the steps you’re taking so we can better understand where specifically you’re hitting this roadblock.
