I use the free Hubspot CRM tool. Is there a way to find duplicate contacts and merge them?
I do see an option to manage duplicates however, that option seems to be locked for me.

You’re probably referring to the duplicate management tool. It identifies duplicates by comparing two records by checking various properties. This features is exclusive to Professional and Enterprise subscriptions.

Hi, thanks for your response. Manually merging contacts in a 10k+ directory is higly impossible. Is there a plugin I can use instead?
What are the ‘various properties’? I recently merged contacts and it merged separate contacts which caused many errors. Trying to figure out which ones were affected.
