Currently, the meetings someone books via the meetings link are accepted automatically, because normally these are online meetings or meetings at the office. However, some companies use the meetings link to make “on site” appointments at the client’s place. For this situation, it would be better to give HubSpot users the option to accept, deny or edit a meeting before the client receives a confirmation email. Because it is not always possible for a HubSpot user to go to the client’s location, even though this user is seen as “available” on his calendar, because maybe the place is really far, for example.
That’s why, giving users the option to preview the meeting request before sending a confirmation email to the client/contact would be a good feature for the meetings link.
