On behalf of a client: a report or dashboard that would show the future meeting availability for their 15 sales pro seats. Meetings are being scheduled by a call center for the reps on a round-robin basis using their meeting links. They would like to be able to view which rep has availability and when without having to click on each meeting link.

I don’t think currently any such thing is possible in HubSpot because I don’t see any such filter in report that can tell you the availability of the reps.

This is not possible in HubSpot. You can only report on the activities created in those calendars but not the general availability.
That should however be possible in the connected calendar tool, see Open another person’s Exchange Calendar and See someone’s calendar availability. Multiple calendars can be selected in both Outlook and Gmail. I know it would be additional steps but currently the best workaround.
