German & English required | French a strong asset | Remote (in Canada or D-A-CH) | Full-time
ecos systems is a global B2B technology company helping high-security organizations protect and manage critical assets through smart locker and key management solutions (30,000+ installations, customers in 40+ countries).
We run our marketing engine on HubSpot — and in 2026, our focus is clear: scale inbound demand, improve campaign execution, and turn marketing programs into measurable pipeline, while supporting a high-volume international trade show calendar.
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Programs Manager who is comfortable living inside HubSpot and enjoys turning strategy into repeatable execution. This role is ideal for someone who likes building campaigns, workflows, and processes — not just planning them.
You’ll work directly with marketing leadership, partner closely with Sales, and help operationalize campaigns across email, landing pages, workflows, reporting, events, and multilingual content. Your work will touch the full lifecycle — from first touch to post-event follow-up — with clear ownership and accountability.
This is a high-impact, execution-driven role where HubSpot is the system of record, and strong operators thrive.
Responsibilities
Trade Shows & Field Marketing (Global)
We run 60+ events globally across the U.S., Germany, France, and the UK.
You’ll help plan and execute key trade shows, including:
- Event logistics, coordination, timelines, vendor management
- Booth and collateral prep (print materials, product messaging, demos)
- Pre-show and post-show campaigns (email + follow-up workflows)
- Lead tracking, reporting, and post-event insights to improve the next show
Omnichannel Campaign Execution in HubSpot
You will help run the engine that turns content into pipeline:
- Build and launch campaigns in HubSpot (email, landing pages, workflows)
- Support organic distribution (search, LinkedIn, retargeting)
- Ensure clean tracking and attribution (UTMs, lists, reporting hygiene)
- Help increase conversion performance and campaign consistency over time
Sales Enablement and Support
ecos is growth-focused and sales-aligned — you’ll support the commercial team with content that actually gets used:
- One-pagers, product sheets, customer proof points
- Vertical narratives and trade show follow-up assets
- Email sequences and short decks to support outbound and mid-funnel momentum
Website Updates + Localization
You’ll contribute to:
- Updating website pages (new content, improvements)
- Translating and localizing content English ⇄ German
- Supporting multilingual consistency across pages, ads, and campaigns
What success looks like (first 6–9 months)
- Trade shows feel organized, repeatable, and measurable (not chaos-driven)
- HubSpot campaigns launch consistently and are properly tracked
- Sales has better collateral and follow-up assets for key segments
- German content output speeds up dramatically and quality stays high
- You become a trusted “execution backbone” for marketing delivery in 2026
Who you are
You’re a hands-on marketer with a high level of ownership, someone who enjoys turning strategy into consistent, high-quality execution. You like building systems, keeping things moving, and seeing results.
Required
- 5–7+ years experience in B2B marketing
- Native or fluent German + strong English (written + spoken)
- Proven experience coordinating trade shows / events end-to-end
- Strong execution skills across campaign channels (email, website, social, paid)
- Excellent project management and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- HubSpot experience
Strong assets (nice-to-haves)
- B2B content skills
- French fluency
- Comfort working with global stakeholders and multiple time zones
