I am not sure where to actually ask this - but in our Hubspot account under MARKETING FILES - there seems to a large number of duplicates of the same file - mainly pdf’s which can be duplicated over a 100 times. I have screenshot below. What is this from, why is this happening?

Whenever a user uploads a file again (instead of checking whether it has been uploaded before), it would be created as a duplicate. I’d recommend checking with your team and encouraging to use the file manager search before uploading a file. This search pops up with the upload manager in marketing emails, landing pages etc.
