We tried to set a list of 1200 as “marketing contacts” and it says it does not allow with our 2000 contact limit. But, we only have 193 marketing contacts at the moment. What should we do?
HI @ktnoble hope you are doing well.
So you have a couple of properties that you need to keep an eye on:
- Marketing status (this shows actual status)
- Marketing status until next update (this show that contacts that are changing status on the next invoice period - usually monthly)
So it could be possible
that you have 193 actual marketing contacts
but perhaps you have more contacts that are going to change to Marketing contacts
the next period (September 1st)
You can check this quickly with your contact’s filters
HubSpot is going to allow you to have more marketing contacts
but the minute you exceed those 2000
you are going to jump into the next paid tier.
