We have a situation where we want to be able to provide extra information and a link to another webpage when a contact selects a specific checkbox in a drop-down menu for our website’s contact form. If someone selects the <10,000 sq ft option, is it possible for text to appear that provides a message?
If so, how can we make that happen for the forms?

This not currently possible, unfortunately. It’s probably not ideal, but you could leverage the “Help Text” functionality for this field. It let’s you add links:
(Looking at this from a conversion rate optimization angle, are you sure you want to let visitor go to another page right in the middle of the form submission process? This might decrease your form submission rate. Maybe there is a way you can include this information on your website or landing page to keep visitors where they are.)

Currently its not possible to make a text appear when someone while selecting a partiucular option of a field in HubSpot. You can put this idea on the idea forum of community and few of my clients have also asked for the same functionality. As of now I will advise you to us a rich text to provide a note to your visitors and provide the redirect-link there. check SS: Screenshot by Lightshot
