We are a nonprofit using hubspot as our CRM and payment service. When setting up a payment form, it would be great if the donor/customer could choose via drop-down between one-time, monthly, quarterly, annually, etc. Right now we are having to create separate forms for all of those conditions and figure out how to display them simply, with as few steps as possible, for donors to choose, which is not ideal.
So far this is the ONLY thing I’ve found that Blackbaud can do that hubspot can’t. Make it easier to follow best practices for donations, and I bet your share of the nonprofit market would grow!
