ls it possible...

i may be getting ahead of myself here (and i am not a programmer)..but..would it be possible …somehow…that if a user checks a checkbox on a property, would that be able to trigger to open the email panel to compose a message? so rather than checking the box, THEN checking the email button..

was just wondering if this is something that could be done.

the email is an existing template with some standard info in it but the content will change.

Not come across an exact solution for that, but what’s the context?
Would it work by using a workflow to send the template email instead?

So something like:

[Property 1] = Dropdown = Apple Colour = “Red”
[Property 2] = Number = Quantity = “5,000”
[Property 3] = Free Text = Delivery Date = “first of the month”
[Property 4] = Checkbox = Agreement in principle? = “Yes”

And then your email template would be sent, using personalisation tokens from the deal:

Hi [CustomerName],
Just to recap, we will be quoting for:
Type of Apples = [Property 1]
Quantity of Apples = [Property 2]

To be delivered [Property 3]
Kind regards
[DealOwner]

Hey @SJeremias I think @ScottPennwood 's solution is the closest one, there’s no way to trigger the HubSpot email composer box to open without clicking the “email” option, but you can create sales templates to auto-populate information in here when they do go to send emails!
