Log emails

In the Hubspot for 1 account, I want the outgoing email to be logged in HubSpot but not the incoming emails.

Any suggestions on how to do it?

Hi @SMomo,

This should work if you use your regular email client and the BCC address: Log email in your CRM with the BCC or forwarding address

You would have to make sure of the following:

  • You’re not sending emails from the CRM.
  • You’re not sending emails from the sales extensions in Office 365, Outlook, or Chrome – or, if you do, you have email logging/tracking disabled.

Default behavior is for email replies to log and, I believe, the BCC address is the only way to log and bypass that: Log email in your CRM with the BCC or forwarding address

I am sorry I quite didn’t understand! we are using outlook for emails and then use BCC to log the emails.

@SMomo could you be a bit more specific, which part don’t you understand?
