Hi there,
When I get a notification about an email being opened, it would be great if I could click on the notification and go to the email. I may send out a number of emails with the same subject, so just having the subject is not helpful.
Thanks,
Orri
Hi Orri,
Have you considered using workflows to send out an internal email notification for this? This may be tedious, but you could create a workflow or multiple workflows that enrolls a contact when an email or a specific email is opened. There is a property called “Last Marketing Email Name” that could be used in the email notification or you could also just put the actual link to the email in the notification email. There would likely be a bit more logic for this process, but it is possible.
Hi Brian,
That’s too much for what I’m looking for. I’m getting enough notifications, I just want the notification to be more useful. There are already links in the notification, just not to any useful records.
Cheers,
Orri
Hi Brian,
Here’s an example notification:
The Re: … is the email subject. What I’m looking for is that being a link to the email.

Hey @OJonsson!
I can absolutely see the value of this -- I encourage you to consider creating a post on our Ideas Forum here. If you find a similar idea, give it an upvote and share your unique use case in the comments.

Hey Kennedyp,
Yes, I did so, here: HubSpot Community - Link to email in browser plug-in - HubSpot Community
Now, I’d love if you’d upvote it.
Cheers,
