A number of leads got uploaded with the wrong lifecycle stage, they have been corrected, however because they were a lead at one point even if for 20 minutes it is skewing some KPI data and reporting, as we are measuring date span it takes for a lead to become a MQL. Iknow that you cannot delete the the history, but any work arounds or loopholes here would be appreciated!

Which history are you referring to? The ‘Became a [lifecycle stage] date’ properties can be reset by bulk editing the Lifecycle stage of those contacts to an empty value: Bulk edit records
If you’re referring to ‘Date entered [lifecycle stage]’ and ‘Date exited [lifecycle stage]’, then these can currently not be reset, as far as I know.
