Does anyone has an issue with facebook lead form. It takes at least 50 minutes to have access to a lead from hubspot

Looking at HubSpot’s FAQ for Facebook lead ads:
How often does HubSpot sync leads from Facebook?
HubSpot will begin syncing leads from the past 90 days as soon as you connect your page. All new leads should sync to your HubSpot account within a few hours of submitting the form on your ad.
I’m not exactly sure if they mean that leads moving forward will sync within a few hours or if the leads you’re initially syncing will do so within a few hours, and I can’t find any other documentation specifically covering this. That said, I haven’t personally experienced delays with leads from Facebook (I’ve had 100s sync pretty much instantly).
If you haven’t already, I would try disconnecting the lead syncing and then reconnecting it. If you’re still having issues after that, your best bet will be to open a ticket with HubSpot Support and share the specific examples of the contacts that are giving you issues. They should be able to help you troubleshoot further.

Hey @MAlsheeblawy any reason why you don’t want to use a solution like Zapier or Make/Integromat to send leads from Facebook Lead Forms to Hubspot? I have found that his works instantly and we have full control over mapping fields in leads to fields in Hubspot.
