I have a company that sells products, very similar to an estate agents.
New to Hubspot i am surprised that there is not a way that leads entered to the system, can be linked to a customer object or a Listing.
As an estate agent, we have all our listings under the new ‘Listings’ feature (or this will be the plan to). These are houses that we have on the maket. When we have an active enquriy on such listing, there is no way to associate them, so no way of knowing how many leads are interested in any ‘Listing’ at any time or to filter them based on the property for sale.
I’m surprised this is built this way, as Leads, if has no association to a product… what are they linking too (apart from Company/contact).
The idea for most i would have thought would be to link a lead to what you are trying to sell to that lead.
This for us now renderes the Sales Workspace unsuable and another feature that cannot be utalised, which poses a questionmark over the cost efffectivness of Hubspot as a system for an estate agent.
