We are using the Leads object to allow more than one lead to be associated with a contact, which works well for our business as they may be assigned to different people over time. We send notification emails about the leads to salespeople, but currently there is no way to link directly to a lead, just the contact.
It’s important to be able to do this, both for notification emails and also salespeople directing each other to specific records during collaboration. Please give each Lead a permalink that can be sent out to pull it up directly.
