Contacts generated through Google’s lead form extension cannot be automatically synced to HubSpot, probably because the Google feature itself is still in beta. Syncing leads is currently only possible for Facebook Lead Ads and LinkedIn Lead Ads.
Yes you are correct its only possible in case of LinkedIn and Facebook ads However, you can still manually import the leads generated through Google’s lead form extension into HubSpot CRM by exporting the leads from Google and then importing them into HubSpot: Import records for multiple objects
