Lead Scoring Filter Criteria

Spoiler

Hi,
It would be great to see the ‘AND’ feature re-included in the lead scoring beta. Currently, under 1 score you don’t seem to be able to add a score for 2 different properties. For example, Age & Nationalility.
Thanks,
Louis

+1 to Louis’ idea.

I am also unable to use the AND criteria.

The workaround is to use lists

  • but my company is rapidly reaching the list limit
  • also, lists added to scoring appear in the UI as the list ID as opposed to list name… this makes handover very difficult because other users cannot see what I have chosen to score

In old scoring I could use AND and would like this replicated in new scoring.

Usecases:

  • +100 points for any very good options in a multi-select list

  • +50 points for any average option in a multi-select list

  • However, anyone who has both a very good and an average should not have additive +150 points

  • Scoring full address:

    • Address Line 1
    • Address Line 2
    • City
    • Post Code
    • Country
  • All of these fields need to be populated to add +25 points, if one field is blank then add zero

Thank you for the workaround.

Louis

Another usecase for AND which is currently configured in OLD scoring.

Customer receives an email and clicks through on the hyperlink. (to either an external website without our tracking cookies:

  • The destination is either a video on YouTube.com where we cannot add a tracking script
  • Or the customer has not enabled cookies on the browser and we cannot tie their website visit back to the contact record

Therefore, we use the above Lead Scoring configuration to capture the email clickthrough when no organic page view occurred.

We do have the option to score both activities individually, but this either half scores or double scores the activity. Consequently the contact record will appear to sales as more/less engaged than they actually are.
