Lead Score Trends

Status: Idea Submitted

You have 10,000 contacts in your company HS that you have been working for some time. You go to bed at night and one of those contacts who has never been on your radar starts clicking on your website, accepts your LinkedIn request and starts opening up all your old marketing emails.

Inevitibly, their HS score (lead score) climbs overnight. That contact is primed and ready for communication from your company.

The question: How do I know that persons score climbed overnight?

Introducing: Hubspot Score Trends. A simple green or red arrow that shows your contacts that are engaging with your content. You can now sort your contacts by “green arrow” or trending up giving you the perfect list to start cultivating at the beginning of your day. Could there be a setting where you say “anyone who has an HS score that increased by X amount of points, I want to be notified and a FUP task automatically created”?

What else? You can set the filter to be a day/day, week/week or month over month. You could pull a report to show your overall hubspot score trends to report back to leadership. Did you just finish a sequence with a specific set of contacts? You can report the % of increase from the sequence to guage success.

I think this would be extremely valuable for anyone who is running a sales organization. It would certainly be the first thing I would have my team look at in the morning!

Cheers and thanks for the consideration,
Michael - Director of Sales Development & Coaching at SalesLeap

Hi Michael,

Have you receive any feedback from HS on this? This would be huge.

Thanks,
Jeff

I like this idea, it would be great if we could use something like this to see activity(ies) that caused Score updates, since its a literal ability of users to tell the product what activities the users find most valuable. Even a filter on contact activity for activities that led to Score changes could be valuable.
