Give us a way to monitore increase / decrease score

Suggestion : to be able to monitor, in time, the increase or decrease of scoring.

The idea is to be able to spot performing contact/company, and declining contact/enterprise in a list (or report but we need to be able to use the data) so we can decide what to do / automate.

Example : to be able to see which contact/ company is moving toward a score threshold (upward or downward) would be helpful and will help us to automate some actions, have a sense of how many contacts / company are moving in which direction.

I need to be able to trigger actions off of lead score increases and there’s currently no reliable way to do that without significant workaround. Just using the “property value changed” will trigger from score increases but also score decreases/decays.
