I am looking for ways to create a report which shows me contacts/leads that submitted our forms. It would be great to have a summary list of who (Contact name) submitted what (Form name) and when (Submission date).
We have a bunch of forms and it is a pain to into every report one by one instead of having a full list of the leads with the relevant data.
I have not find a solution for this yet (main issue is that I cannot get the Form name listed anywhere), so I appreciate any support!
Just to summarize, you’d want a table that has one row per contact and per form submission? This is currently not possible in HubSpot. There isn’t an aggregated export function across multiple forms. You would either have to download each form’s data separately (as you mentioned) or reduce the scope to looking at the First conversion or Recent conversion properties of contacts.
May I ask why you want to export this information? I often see companies trying to get Excel files for processes that shouldn’t ‘leave’ HubSpot to begin with. There are usually better options for these kinds of processes (filtered view, reports inside of HubSpot, email notifications, integrations etc).
Yes, that is right, we would like to see the contacts listed in rows - if there is a column in which we have the info of which form they submitted that would be fantastic.
I took a look at filtering with the Recent conversion property (thank you for the recommendation!) and I think we can work with this! I have to check with my team, but it seems pretty good for me.
We do not want to export this information (as far as I know), the goal is to keep everything on track in HubSpot.
