Report of all contacts & all forms submissions

Hello,

Apologies if my question is very basic but i spent literally no time learning the hubspot reports, now i need to create a report with 2 columns:

Column A : contact ID

Column B : name of the form subimitted

(knowing that of course a contact can have submitted forms)

I tried using the cystom report but it looks like i can only use the landing page data, not the actual form data,

Just to confirm, would you like to see all form submissions or all contacts? Does this visualization have to be a table view?

Generally, custom reports are object-based, so you would see all contacts. If that’s okay for you, the key to building this report is looking at the Recent conversion and Recent conversion date fields. This would not take into account multiple form submissions.

I’m not aware of any out of the box features inside of HubSpot which would let you create the same report and show multiple submissions by contact, unfortunately.

Besides that, there is a ‘Form submission totals’ report in the report library (Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report > use the search bar in the top right corner), but this isn’t a table view / feed like you’re looking for.

Hello and thank you for your answer, so basically i need both on the report:

- contact

- form submitted

I managed to create a customer report but i only get the landing page name instead of the submitted form i’m not sure this is accurate?

Hi @vledevin,

As I said in my previous answer, I’m not aware of a way to create a report which shows contacts and all of their submissions, only their first or most recent one.

I’m not aware of a data source in custom reports that would pull in form submissions. That means that these reports will deduplicate form submissions by contact and you’ll only see the contact once, despite multiple form submissions.

Or in short: I don’t think this can currently be done natively inside of HubSpot. If you want a table report with one line per form submission, this is not possible.
