The CSV import of html is a clunky way of importing any documentation. HTML is awful for version control and at the moment the import is not complete with tables being excluded from import (why oh why?).
Using Markdown or similar allows us the version control our knowledge base in a structured manner.
It would then be ideal for us to be able to upload this via API.

We also need this. Our product team uses markdown to write product documentation, which is updated as often as daily.
We’re intrigued by the new AI tools that HubSpot is releasing for Service Hub subscribers, but the only way we will be able to bring that documentation into HubSpot’s Knowledge Base is if HubSpot supports markdown.
Also agree with the suggestion to allow updates via API.
This would be a huge value-add to the Knowledge Base. Please consider!
