Kixie Integration

Hey everyone. Does anyone here integrate with Kixie?

We are having issues with Kixie calls not logging into the CRM. If someone calls an agent’s direct line, no deal will record into Hubspot.

Any advice is welcome! Thanks

Hi, @VCallahan0 :waving_hand: Thanks for your question. I’d like to invite some of our community members who’ve posted about Kixie in the past to our conversation — hey @Jnix284 @danmoyle @rahul_inbound, do you have any experience or troubleshooting tips you can share with @VCallahan0?

Thank you for taking a look! — Jaycee

Happy to help @Jaycee_Lewis, hi @VCallahan0 - when you say they call their “direct line” are you meaning their cell phone / office phone? or the dedicated inbound number configured with Kixie?

Hi @Jaycee_Lewis , thank you for getting back to me.

When I referred to an agent’s “direct line,” I was referring to the inbound number configurated to Kixie.

If someone calls the office line - which is directed to Kixie - there doesn’t seem to be an issue with the call logging / creating a deal from the call.

@VCallahan0 thanks for clarifying - have you already reached out to your Kixie rep about this?

I’m happy to connect you with ours if you aren’t sure who to contact.

We did and we are having a meeting tonight. I’m hoping that provides some insight, but if not I can follow up with you tomorrow. I appreciate your help!

@VCallahan0 perfect, sounds good!

Hey @VCallahan0 (and thanks for the tag @Jaycee_Lewis!). Did you call with Kixie help?

My question is this: When someone calls in, should the call create a Deal? Or just log to a contact record or other existing object’s record? Your question mentions creating a Deal, but that seems like it could get messy if each incoming phone call creates a Deal. So if it were me, I’d consider what I want to happen, and then check all the settings to ensure they’ll do what I’m thinking.

Or if you’re all set, great! :blush:

If the native integration is still not logging all calls, there is a way to work around this with webhooks and some custom code workflows!
