Hiring: I am Independent insurance agent in the Kansas City metro looking for a one-time project to migrate siloed carrier data and propsect data into HubSpot. Need help with data mapping, cleaning, and creating a system to periodically import new data as needed. Client list and prospect list currently small. Scope of project will not be a massive time commitment for someone with experience.
Hi! I do a lot of work around data mapping, cleanup, and structured migrations for small teams. Happy to take a look at what you have and help get everything consolidated and set up in a way that’s easy to maintain going forward.

Hey,
You mentioned that it’s a one time project but then reference your list is currently small. Are you aiming to scale up significantly? I should be able to help you either way if you want to reach out.

This is exactly the kind of project I handle data mapping, cleaning, and setting up a repeatable import system in HubSpot.
I’ve done CRM migrations before: auditing the source data, mapping fields to HubSpot objects correctly, cleaning duplicates and inconsistencies before anything goes in, and building an import process that’s easy to run again as new data comes in. For a small client and prospect list, this is a contained, well-scoped project.
Book a quick call and we can scope it out in 20 minutes.

I saw your post about migrating the carrier and prospect data into HubSpot. I specialize in the data-mapping/automation side of HubSpot, and this sounds like a project I could help with. If you’re still looking for someone, I’d be happy to take a quick look at the current structure and suggest how I’d approach the migration
