- Lack of accessibility to users with vision impairments/colour blindness
- Less intuitive and easy to use than before - i.e. having pin notes function hidden behind action tab
- Takes more steps to discover vital information i.e. customer email engagement
Making this new UI optional whilst also having the option to revert to the old interface would be helpful and popular.
