Hi,
Some of my mac user colleagues are facing some issues with sending mails with attachments and images. They have researched to find out why this is an issue, am there have been comments of Hubspot being the issue for this. They have removed and reinstalled the hubspot app several times and each time they send attachments and images without the Hubspot App, it works fine. But as soon as they install it again, they have issues.

Below are a few points you can consider to help diagnose and potentially resolve the problem:
Make sure the version of HubSpot app being used is compatible with the Mac operating system.
Ensure both the Mac’s operating system and the HubSpot app both are up to date.
Make sure the HubSpot app has necessary permission to access the files and send emails.
As the trobleshooting step, try to temporarily disbaling the HubSpot app and then attempt to send emails.
