I am currently having an issue with the “Create an email at HubSpot” exercise in the Introduction tô HubSpot Marketing Software course. I have followed the steps outlined in the exercise and submited It multiple times without success. Despite every step being correct, the platform says i did not pass the test and need to re-do it. Can anybody help me with this task?

I have tried completing this exercise multiple times following each of the steps, but it stills says I have not achieved a passing grade. I’d like some help in identifying which mistakes I might be committing or if this is simply a bug. Could you provide me with a more detailed step by step solution for this task?
