Issue with HubSpot Marketing Software exercise

I am taking the HubSpot Marketing Software course and have already watched all the lessons, passed the exam, and completed the exercises. However, there is one specific exercise I cannot complete. I have done everything it asks for, but when I try to finish it, the system says I haven’t completed everything yet, and I don’t know what to do. It’s the exercise about creating an email.

I’ve noticed several other posts in the community (in both English and Portuguese) with the same issue, but none of them include a solution. I need to complete this exercise to finish the course, but it seems like some kind of bug.

Thank you for posting to the Community!

It looks like you need to create a Marketing Email in HubSpot in order to complete the exercise.

Can you please try to go to the course and click into the practical exercise, then create a Marketing Email by navigating to Marketing > Emails in your HubSpot account and creating a new email. Once the email has been created, return to the Academy exercise and check if it marks as complete.
