I hope you are doing well.
I recently completed the HubSpot Sales Software Certification exam and scored 40 out of 45. However, I continue to receive the message stating that I still need to complete the practical exercise(s) in order to receive my certification, even though I have already completed the required exercises (creating a task and creating a deal).
I have double-checked my submissions and confirmed that all exercises have been completed. Could you please review my record and help resolve this issue?
