I am facing an issue regarding tracking contacts from integration. Currently I am looking on HS default properties i.e Original Traffic source ( Drill Down 1 and 2). But it is just showing the term “integration” as a title or “numeric value” but not able to fetch the name of the integration. Is there any field I am missing to pull the exact info or any other way to get the information? TIA

Which integration exactly is it?
This depends on the integration - some will either pass on information in contact properties or the number will resolve into a name in the UI, others will only show what you’re seeing and you need to make a mental or written note of which ID belongs to which integration. Using a workflow, you can “translate” the number into the integration name in a separate field, depending on your use case.
