I created an app for clients to integrate their HubSpot instances through OAuth, now any contacts that are created using the integration get the property ‘Original Source’/‘Latest source’ set to ‘Offline sources’, ‘source drill-down 1’ set to ‘INTEGRATION’ and ‘source drill-down 2’ set to the app id. Is there any way to get either the ‘Original Source’/‘Latest source’ or the ‘source drill-down 2’ to the app name? This makes it easier for clients to identify which leads came from my system.
Hey, @JSander0
You’ve touched on a limitation of how these values are displayed. Based on your description, it sounds like your customers are seeing the internal value and not the label.
Expecting — `JSander0’s Awesome App`
Experiencing — `1234567890`
Is that about right? Or is this in relation to the tooltip details when there is an `i` icon on these properties? A screenshot would probably make this less mysterious ![]()
When I was in support here, I helped folks similarly by having them create a custom view and add Original source drill-down two as a filter so it will show the label. And this might not be as elegant as what you want, or I could be misunderstanding your goal.

Hi @Jaycee_Lewis, this seems to have fixed itself. Showing the correct values now! Not sure why only the internal value was being displayed.
