Issue automated lifecycle stages flow

Dear HubSpot Community Support,

We’re encountering a problem where contacts not supposed to become leads are being categorized as leads in our automated lifecycle stages flow. Despite reviewing workflows and forms, we can’t identify any errors on our end.

Steps taken:

  1. Confirmed correct workflow logic.
  2. Ensured forms are correctly integrated.

Expected Outcome: Contacts not meeting lead criteria should not progress to leads.

Hi @CDeBondt,

When you navigate to an affected contact, click “View all properties” in the left sidebar, search for “Lifecycle stage”, then hover your mouse over the field and you should see a “Details” button. When you click it, the right sidebar opens. This should explain what’s happening.
