Is there an API to get the user session timeout?

We can set the user session-timeout (duration) in the setting, is there a way to get it via API?

No, this link does not help.

I tried with all APIs but there is no API to get the session timeout (that you can see on Setting → Security link → Settings & Activity → Session timeout - default is 1 day)
