How can I extend Outlook Add-In session timeout beyond 3 days in HubSpot?

Currently, HubSpot limits the user session timeout length to a maximum of 3 days.

As a user, I might take a few days off or simply not use the HubSpot interface every 3 days, which results in having to log in again unnecessarily.
As an admin, I may only access HubSpot a few times per week, and each time I need to go through the login process again.
As an administrator, I find it frustrating that HubSpot’s limited session timeout options prevent me from aligning access and security settings with my organization’s policies.

You could request that this time-out is changed in the ideas section of the community, monitored by the product team: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/idb-p/HubSpot_Ideas

Until then, your best option is to have a good password manager to be able to auto-fill it quickly.

Totally agree having more flexibility with the session timeout would make access much smoother for admins and occasional users.

Totally understand your frustration — having to log in every few days can definitely interrupt workflow, especially for those who don’t use HubSpot daily. Hopefully, HubSpot can introduce more flexible session timeout settings to better match different organizations’ security policies.
