Thank you @karstenkoehler! Now I know how to create tickets out of contacts, deals, conversations etc…

Do you know if there is already a list view for all Tickets in which I can filter e.g.:

  • all Open tickets
  • my Open tickets
  • all Tickets for a Special Deal
  • all Open Tickets assigned to a group of employees
