We would like the ability to label forms using a form type, category, or tag so that submissions can be better segmented and scored.
Currently we rely on naming conventions like “WBNR” or “WPAPER” in the form names to infer the type of content being gated. These keywords are then used to group forms into lists.
However, this approach has limitations especially when we want to consistently apply lead scoring based on content type. For example, we may want to add +35 points for every webinar registration. Today, that can only be done by manually adding a scoring step in the workflow for each individual webinar form.
Adding a dedicated label field (rather than relying on naming conventions) would make it easier to scale scoring and segmentation by content type, rather than per individual asset.
