The meetings tool is currently just useful for setting appointments with customers - because it creates a contact file for the person who books.

It would be useful if there were third type of meeting (in addition to “team” and “personal”) that could be used for internal meetings - meetings with other users of the same hubspot account. Something that didn’t create a contact record for the attendees.

Yes definitely a good shout. As part of our process as a deal/ticket moves through various stages, there’s a point when a meeting is required with internal team members. Would be useful to see their availability within HubSpot and book for a quick chat.

Yes, we need this too -specifically we need a way to schedule events (for team’s eyes only) that sync to our shared calendar ie Outlook calendar
