Hello, our sales team members need to book meetings with clients (contacts) and add an internal team member to the meeting as well but as you can see in the screenshot I can only see my available slots not theirs although their outlook calendares and teams accounts are connected

When scheduling a meeting in HubSpot, if only your availability is visible, it’s likely because an additional internal user hasn’t been added to the meeting. To include another team member and view their availability, you need to add them as an attendee. This ensures that their calendar is considered when determining mutual availability.
For a more streamlined experience, especially when coordinating with multiple team members, consider using HubSpot’s Group Scheduling feature. This allows you to create a scheduling page that displays time slots where all selected team members are available, simplifying the process of finding a suitable meeting time for everyone involved.
