Internal Marketing Request Form Ideas

Does anyone have any experience creating a Marketing Request Form in HubSpot? We want to have a form for internal team members outside of Marketing to request collateral, giveaways, permission/funding to attend events, etc.

Ideally we would rather use a PM software to receive requests, but that is out of budget at the moment.

Happy to help here! A few considerations:

• HubSpot has built-in source and activity tracking. Some HR teams, depending on the country and legislation, aren’t too happy about this tracking; in some case it’s even forbidden. Make sure to check with HR / legal first.
• If you want a simple process where a form submission triggers an email to someone who then processes the request in their inbox, you’ll need just that: a regular form with an email address to be notified. Create and customize forms

• If you want an actual ticket system, those form submission should create tickets: Create tickets
• It’s a good idea to use a separate pipeline for internal requests to not have internal and external tickets mixed in one pipeline: Set up and manage object pipelines

The rest, I would say, behaves exactly as if it was an external stakeholder group. You can set up automatic confirmation emails, reports, custom properties etc.
