Is it possible to make integrations account-wide when onboarding new reps?
Specifically, we use RingCentral + Teams integrations pretty heavily.
When I add new staff members, is it possible that they automatically have these intigrations installed on their profile? Or do they have to go to Marketplace, search for the two above, install, etc?
I had the rep try to install the app, it prompts him to notify me asking to allow the integration with the email:
Hello Peter,
I would like to connect RingCentral to our HubSpot account, but need additional permissions. Can you enable the ones listed below?
- Contacts - CRM Settings Access - Property settings
- Admin - App Marketplace Access
If you do make a change, I won’t get a notification from HubSpot about it. Please let me know so I can install RingCentral.
Thank you,
I click on the link to edit his permissions, but for the life of me the below isn’t there:
- Contacts - CRM Settings Access - Property settings
- Admin - App Marketplace Access
Any help would be hugely appreciated!
Hey @PMelkonian
Kindly note Users must be either super admin or have App Marketplace Access permissions to connect apps to their HubSpot account. In some cases, further permissions are required to connect certain apps for more information kindly check this guide here
To give users permission kindly check this article here
Giving users Super Admin is definltey not an option.
Both those links gave the same response unforuntately
Hi @PMelkonian
so its true that “Users must be either a super admin or have App Marketplace Access permissions to connect apps to their HubSpot account. In some cases, further permissions are required to connect certain apps”
But if you have an Enterprise account you can login as their user and set this up for them.
Here is more information about this
hope this helps
