Integration to Wiise

Hello.

I’ve installed the Extension to Link Hubspot to Business central to a Wiise Business central Instance but I am getting this when I try and connect:

Below is detail of the error: Details: User error on remote account for appId=“284306” reason=“FAILED” message="Unknown - IDX10231: Audience validation failed. Delegate returned false, securitytoken: '[PII of type ‘System.IdentityModel.Tokens.Jwt.JwtSecurityToken’ is hidden.

Wiise is built on BC platform. Has anyone tried this same integration?

Hey, @DGraham17 :waving_hand: You’ll need to reach out to Wiise or Microsoft support and share the error code that is being returned. This is due to the error message originating from the server the integration is trying to connect with. Essentially, the error is happening outside of HubSpot but being reported and displayed in-app. When I tried Googling the error, I found several threads on the MS forums, but nothing definitive.

With 3rd party apps and integrations, we can display the errors being returned, but often the troubleshooting solution lies outside of HubSpot itself.
