Hi everyone! My name is Hallie and I’m a Program Manager on the CXM Team. I’m marking this as ‘Alternative Solution’ because there are a few integration options available with Intercom in our marketplace. A couple specific ones to call out are:

  1. Intercom Data Sync - a HubSpot-built data sync integration that allows you to automatically sync data between Intercom and HubSpot
  2. Intercom - Built and supported by Intercom, this syncs data between the platforms as well as sends leads from Intercom’s chats, and triggers workflows from Intercom conversations.
