Hi. Aking if somebody has migrated historical Intercom conversation dat ato Hubspot Service Hub?

Hi, @normtrainual :waving_hand: Looking at the documentation for Intercoms own integration, historical data can’t be synced using it. It looks like you’ll need to see if they have APIs you can access. And then either create an app or use a 3rd party connector to handle the middleware. We’ll leave this open in case any of our community members have a specific solution or suggestion they can share.

Our team would like to import historical conversations from Intercom to Hubspot when we migrate off from Intercom.

Will you ask data engineers at Hubspot if there is a recommended approach to doing this?
