We would love to see the HubSpot LiveChat / Chatflow integrate with other messanging platforms like telegram and Whatsapp.

Integrating HubSpot LiveChat / Chatflow with other messaging platforms like Telegram and WhatsApp would be a great idea for businesses looking to expand their reach and improve their customer communication. These messaging apps have become increasingly popular in recent years, making them an important channel for businesses to engage with customers.
That said, I don’t think currently you can integrate the LiveChat/Chatflow straightaway with a third-party messaging platform. However, you can integrate messaging platforms like WhatsApp and Telegram with your overall CRM. What these integrations allow you to do is carry on WhatsApp or Telegram chats with your prospects, but do it right from within HubSpot.

If you are using Telegram as a sales and marketing channel, NisWire has a ton of features to basically help you manage your entire Telegram campaigns from within HubSpot.
